Expert service ; we know many agents say they provide good customer service, however our desire to provide great service to landlords is underpinned by regular surveying to see how we are doing. Expert knowledge ; It's unlikely that you'll find a more qualified agent in Bristol. Everyone here is either already ARLA qualified , or in the process of achieving their qualifications. It's also reassuring to know that business owners Ed & Emma Osborn are actively involved in the day to day running of the business.

Expert marketing ; Its great having an enviable location on Whiteladies Road, it's true we have distinctive boards and nifty, eye catching cars and we do benefit from many referred tenants, however the internet is now the vital way to rent your property. We take great care to understand property portals, web site optimisation, click through rates, Google Adwords and iphone applications so that your property is seen by the right tenants, fast.

Expert property management; Experience tells us that landlords get frustrated when they have to deal with numerous different people. That's why for all managed properties you will be given a dedicated ARLA qualified Property Manager to deal directly with as soon as the tenancy is signed. Your Property Manager will visit your property prior to occupation, build a relationship with your tenants and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We encourage landlords to drop into the office to meet their property manager and put a face to the name.

Expert for overseas landlords; many of our landlords live overseas and such is their trust in The Bristol Residential Letting Co some have in fact never seen the inside of their properties. Your location makes no difference to us - we will provide the same high level of service and will happily converse via e-mail should this prove easier. Should your circumstances require any additional services, we will do our best to oblige.

Expert standards; The Bristol Residential Letting Co upholds the highest standards of the industry and expect the same from its affiliates. We are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) the Association or Professional Inventory Providers (APIP), The Dispute Service (TDS) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS).
