Completions Next Week on 28 Baldwin Street

'Bristol Res' Blog • 09 August 2018

The latest high specification City Centre apartment block is finally due to complete next week. Formerly office and commercial premises, this redevelopment is the latest to be released to the Bristol market, where demand continues to outstrip supply.

After suffering some completion set backs, we are pleased to be speaking to investors who are ready to start the search for high quality professional and corporate tenants. We would anticipate to be moving new tenants into the development from late August.

Studios will be achieving from £750pcm, 1 beds from £925pcm and 2 beds from £1200pcm. Those that are furnished to a high standard or that benefit from cityscape views should be attracting a premium on the rent.

Should you be awaiting completion on an apartment in the development and have not yet instructed us, get in touch with Don McKeever, Lettings Director who is managing the marketing of 28 Baldwin Street for our other investors. We are already proactively marketing and have a steady database of applicants building. You can see our marketing here.

Final Phase of Conversion Project Launched at The General

Redevelopment of The General has been ongoing for a number of years, with The Bristol Residential Letting Co moving one of the first occupants into the development back in June 2015.

This month marks the launch of the King Edward VII Wing, and what will be the final piece in the jigsaw of bringing the old hospital back to life. This is juxtaposed against the development of brand new build apartments to the rear of the development, creating one of the most premium developments in Bristol.

Built over 100 years ago as a nurses ward, it is now set to become home to some of the grandest apartments in the development. The latest phase will include apartments with private terraces, balconies, panoramic views of the city & the new cut.  First release prices are from £345,000 to £750,000. Should you be interested in purchasing in The General, further details can be found here
