With the marketing launch of a property so important in ensuring the right calibre of tenant is attracted to a property Danny got to work editing photographs, producing a professional video tour and drawing a floorplan. Prior to the launch Danny briefed the team on the property so they knew exactly the right applicants to book in to see the large Victorian house.
In the first batch of viewings the team found a very nice professional couple who loved the property. Our Tenancy Manager Emma Kelly quickly got to work obtaining a full set of references and successfully credit checking the couple. In addition to the tenancy paperwork, Emma’s role is to ensure all legislation is complied with so that both the Tenant and Landlord can relax and know they are protected.
The tenants were then moved quickly into the property and since then have struck up a great relationship with Fiona. Both parties are very happy they worked with The Bristol Residential Letting Co and we hope to have given Fiona confidence that there is at least one good letting agent in Bristol.
