With the outbreak of COVID-19 letting agents are no longer able to carry on as they did before.  As a specialist letting agent our focus has been on adapting our processes to ensure we can continue to rent every property whilst safe guarding our landlords, our tenants and our team.

With the introduction of Video Tours and Detailed Video Tours our knowledgeable team can now rent every property remotely.  In conjunction with our existing on line-  tenant application , tenant referencing, and check in process, we are confident we have a great service to ensure we find quality tenants for every one of our landlords.

The Bristol Residential Letting Co was established in 2004 by Ed and Emma Osborn.  Since then we have worked hard to grow into one of the largest letting agents in Bristol. We have a fantastic team, led by Deborah Hadley in the Clifton Office and Don McKeever in the Southville Office, who provide a friendly helpful and professional service to both our landlords and tenants. There is always someone available who will know you and your property and as you would expect with an independent company the team are empowered to be able to make decisions or resolve issues should they arise.

Gone are the days of traditional viewings – applicants don’t want to do viewings and existing tenants won’t let strangers into their homes.  All properties we advertise have a Video Tour directly accessible to applicants from our website, Rightmove or On The Market.  Interested applicants can then speak directly to to someone in our team who knows about the property. We also produce a longer Detailed Video Tour showing even more information about the property which gets sent to the applicant before they proceed to reserving the property.
