Niall first came to us in 2012 with one apartment in Redland and his current tenants have been happily living there since 2016. Subsequently Niall added 2 further properties to his portfolio and we now successfully manage all 3 from our Clifton office.
Whilst Covid-19 has of course been a challenge for our business this year, our team were set up and working from home in advance of the country going into full lockdown on the 23rd of March. Whilst the safety of the team was our priority, continuing to look after both our landlords and tenants was also very much at the top of our agenda. We quickly adapted our processes so that Niall and our many hundreds of other landlords would notice few changes to the services being delivered.
As soon as it was feasible the team were gradually brought back to the office and eight months down the line and although in the middle of a second lockdown, it’s very much business as usual. This time the property market has been allowed to continue, albeit with Covid-19 safety precautions in place.
Some of the changes we made during the first lockdown have been adopted permanently as we continue to improve our services and what we have to offer. Property videos are now very much part of our marketing strategy and give us the ability to continue to successfully rent properties even when physical viewings are not possible.
