She answered all our questions quickly and proficiently and made us feel like there was nothing too small for her to deal with. Great service from the Bristol Residential Letting Co so far. Louise initially showed us around and handled the initial comms, super helpful, friendly and warm. Much different from other experiences we had with other letting agents.The reference process was very user friendly and easy and once that progressed, David one of their tenancy managers has been very communicative and helpful. Thumbs up all round.

Vague and slow communication from Ed Forsyth made a difficult situation worse. Weeks after submitting a tenancy swap, an email was received saying "the wording did leave some room for interpretation, but my expectation is that they will want to end the agreement". To communicate in such ambiguous terms is not only unprofessional, but highly insensitive when evicting somebody from their home. The uncertainty created a lot of worry, which wasn't quickly resolved. Delaying the rejection of tenancy swaps also meant those leaving had to pay rent beyond the date they expected to

Kat was very helpful and responsive. Took us through the process of securing a rental quickly and communicating any changes that occurred promptly. The whole process took less than a day.Edmund handled any issues we had with the letting over the duration of our tenancy very quickly and effectively.All in all the whole process was handled superbly by both the letting agent and the property manager.
