Best letting agent I’ve experienced in my 8 years of renting!I was a complicated tenant, coming in as a tenant swap, living there for a year and then swapping out again - all this was handled seamlessly by Amy Garrod (some letting agents make this a real pain!). Amy’s thoughtful and considerate approaches made us feel well looked after and understood. We didn’t hesitate to report a potential leak as we knew Amy would understand and not fine us/blame us - this understanding relationship is an asset to any landlord looking to look after their property.They use DocuSign which is convenient - I only needed to go to the office once for an ID check. They gave plenty of notice when someone needed to come, usually for our safety e.g. planned electrical upgrades and fire testing etc. The deposit was returned promptly without any problems or nagging. Seamless. Thanks Amy and the Bristol Residential Letting Co team!
