Don has a BSc Hons Degree in Property Investment & Development. Originally from Northern Ireland, he has been living and working in Bristol since 2008 and is proud to call it home. He joined the team in 2012 as a Lettings Negotiator, progressing to Senior Negotiator, Branch Manager and then Lettings Director. He gets his kicks out of meeting new Landlords and delivering on his promises to them.

Born in Bristol, Josh began his career in lettings in 2013 to try something new. Having joined the team in 2015 he hasn’t looked back since. Josh loves meeting new landlords and using his infectious personality along with his knowledge of the industry to rent and take on new properties.

Andy is a local lad having lived in Ashton and Southville when growing up. Having fallen into the property industry back in 2005 he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Andy and his wife are both owned by a Dachshund called Lottie who has enrolled them into a local Dachshund club. This involves monthly walks with other people owned by Dachshund’s and often involves meets with up to 50 of them causing chaos & mayhem.

James originally joined the team in 2014 as a lettings administrator. He progressed to Property Management, before he left in 2019 to pursue other interests. In 2020, he returned to the team as a Senior Property Manager & Projects Manager. Highly organised and keen to develop processes, he is a real asset to the business.

Since first joining us in 2014, James has been trying to visit every pub in Bristol. His epic journey continues to this day.

Greg is a graduate from UWE having studied a degree in Business Management. He joined the team in 2019 and brought with him a strong background in customer service from previous roles. As a tenant himself, he has experienced the wrong end of bad Property Management. This encouraged him to follow a career path as a Property Manager, determined to give tenants a better experience.

Greg is passionate about gaming, formula 1 and football. Although passionate about sports, he can’t understand people’s love for rugby.

Karen joined the team as Inventory Clerk and Lettings Administrator in 2013, coming from a varied background of care, customer service and hospitality. Karen adapted well to this role and learned quickly before progressing to the role of Tenancy Manager in 2014.
