I have been using their full management service for about six years in Bristol. Compare with other agent’s service I am using in London, The Bristol Residential Letting Company always do excellent! They always filter out the information that the landlord does not need to worry about, and deliver the information that the landlord needs to decide in a timely and effective manner. Always give a reasonable price for something that needs repair or maintain. I highly recommend this letting company. Ning

We have used The Bristol Residential Letting Company over the past 5 years for our house in Southville. We recently met with Ryan to view Oak Cottage. Ryan was extremely welcoming and genuinely made our viewing experience a great one. He was extremely quick to respond and help us with the many queries we had about the property, making sure he followed up with the landlord then my partner and I straight away. This level of service really did help make our decision as we felt super confident about our move. I personally would love someone like Ryan representing my business as he is extremely likeable and professional.

We were really struggling to find a place to rent in Bristol, mostly down to the high competition and landlords and agencies accepting much higher offers over the rent price stated, which is unacceptable when a lot of properties are already overpriced. Bristol Residential Letting co however, are a different story. Our flat is very reasonably priced and more importantly than that, we were told by Josh who showed us round the property that they would refuse any kind of higher of rent. It’s just so reassuring to be using an agency with these views. Reference checks were speedy and when we moved in, the flat was in a very nice clean condition. I’d definitely recommend Bristol residential lettings co and happily use them again in future if I needed to.

AMAZING!!!!! Don and the Bristol Residential Letting have once again provided an excellent service for us. Despite the current covid19 crisis they listened when we shared our preferences and have found new tenants quickly and efficiently. Don has responded swiftly and professionally to all our questions, managed a number of improvements we wanted to make to the property and been flexible about using some of our own contacts to do the work. As landlords living in another part of Europe it's reassuring to be in such safe hands.We have been very happy with the service provided by James at the Southville office. His communication with us is excellent. We were previously delighted with Caroline and the team at On the Move, and were unsure how the transfer would be, but are very pleased that it was smooth and trouble-free.
