Renting with Bristol residential has been a jolly ride, their referencing processes was fast, thoughtful and void of unnecessary harassments. They also take maintenance and repairs in the house seriously and go all the way to ensure a safe environment for the Tenant. Our Property manager Jamie, has been really supportive. Bristol Residential Letting Co. Have dealt with our property rental for several years. During that time the staff in both their Southville and Bishopston offices have been friendly and very efficient when looking after our property. We always know what is going on, get regular reports on the state of our property and they always seem to find tenants who look after the property. All the information can also be found on line quickly and easily and their year end statement helps with tax returns etc. Would thoroughly recommend them.

A company that only does rental management and does it exceptionally. No fuss, no lack of clarity. They may not be the cheapest but they are without doubt the best. No ambiguity about the services provided. Have managed our property in Bristol for many years through good and not do good tenants. The key thing for us as absent landlords is the clear advice they give. Day to day management is seamless. Inspections thorough and tenant changeover without hassle.
