Our Southville office opened in 2012 as The Bristol Residential Letting Co continued to grow across Bristol. As more of the properties we managed were located south of the river, we recognised the importance of having a dedicated local office serving landlords across Southville, Bedminster, Ashton, Totterdown, Windmill Hill, Long Ashton and the surrounding areas.
