Finding a new home should feel exciting — not stressful.
Bristol is a fantastic place to live and we want to make your journey to finding a new home in our city as simple as possible. Whether you’re renting for the first time or moving on to your next place, we’re here to guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way. Our aim is to make renting straightforward, transparent and well-managed from day one.

We list properties everyday, but be quick - they get snapped up fast!
Once you’ve found a property you love, we’ll help you secure it quickly and clearly.
We’ll talk you through viewings, offers, referencing and required paperwork, keeping everything simple and upfront so you know exactly what to expect at each stage. Following the viewing, we will issue the offer to you via email. We will ask you to pay 1 weeks rent to secure the property.
Potential tenants are required to successfully complete our referencing process which includes an affordability and employment check, a previous landlord reference and a credit check. Applicants also need to demonstrate they are a UK resident or have the right to rent in the UK.
We partner with Goodlord & Vouch to offer industry leading, online tenancy progression. In fact, after conducting the viewing, everything is managed online until your check in.

From move-in day onwards, we’re here to support you.
We will request your first months rent and security deposit (5 weeks rent) prior to you collecting keys. We will remind you to bring your ID to verify your identity on the day. You will collect keys from one of our 3 high street offices. We’ll ensure the property is ready, your tenancy documents are in place, and you know how to report repairs or raise any concerns following check in.

If you live in one of our professionally managed properties in Bristol, you will benefit from expert support, fast maintenance response, and complete peace of mind. You will be assigned a dedicated Property Manager who will be responsive & proactive to management of the property.
Reporting a problem is simple and convenient. You can submit a request instantly via our tenant app. We work alongside a trusted network of vetted professional contractors to resolve issues efficiently and to a high standard. We will arrange a day and time that suits you and never attend unannounced.
To ensure your home remains in excellent condition, we carry out an initial inspection after the first three months of your tenancy, this is followed by ongoing inspections every six months.
When you provide notice to vacate the property, we conduct a thorough final check-out inspection. We aim to return your deposit promptly and will liaise with you throughout the check out process.
We believe renting should be clear and transparent from the outset. The Tenant Fees Act 2019 was introduced to make renting fairer by limiting what tenants can be charged, and we fully support this approach. Below, you’ll find a straightforward guide to the permitted fees you may encounter during your tenancy, so you know exactly what to expect — with no hidden surprises.
