If you live in one of our managed properties, maintenance management is simple. Just let us know about your issue at any time - log into app, provide details and photos of the issue and your Property Manager will be alerted.

You will then be updated in real time through the app so you know exactly what stage your maintenance request is at.

You can of course call our office or email your Property Manager if you do not have access to the app. All our Property Managers are based in a high street office, close to your property. You are never far from a helping hand.
